MJB Real Estate Company receives 100s of applications daily and selects the best qualified candidates to live in our homes. Applicants must provide an acceptable identification i.e. drivers license and agree to provide other information or allow MJB Real Estate Company to obtain a credit report and background check. 

We base our decisions on all the information the applicant provides. A $30 screening fee is required or whatever is permitted by law at the time.
